Korean zucchini

Ingredients

  1. Zucchini 500 g
  2. Chives 15 g
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Sesame oil 2 tbsp.
  5. Sesame seeds fried 1.5 tbsp.
  6. Salt 2 tbsp
  7. Sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Ground black pepper 1 tsp
  9. Red ground pepper 1 tbsp
  10. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp taste

Step 1.

Cut the zucchini into rings, add salt and let it stand for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Finely chop the green onions and garlic. Rinse the zucchini with salt and squeeze a little.

Step 3

Heat the pan, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and put the squash in a pan.

Step 4

Add green onions, garlic, sesame oil, salt, sugar, ground black pepper to the zucchini, mix and fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Step 5

Add sesame seeds and fry for another 2 minutes. Korean zucchini ready. Enjoy your meal!
