  1. Tomatoes 2 kg.;
  2. Ketchup Chile 8 tbsp .;
  3. Salt 2 tbsp .;
  4. Sugar 1 cup;
  5. Vinegar 9% 1 cup;
  6. Water 7 glasses;
  7. Bay leaf 4 pcs.;
  8. Allspice 20 pcs (5 pcs in each jar);
  9. Black peppercorns 40 pcs (10 pcs in each jar);
  10. Garlic 8 cloves;
  11. Currant or cherry leaves 4 pcs.;
  12. Parsley branches 8 pcs.

Inventory:

4 liter cans, 4 iron lids, pots for preparing marinade and sterilizing cans, seaming machine.

Cooking:

In clean dry jars, we put all the spices and tomatoes. We prepare the marinade: in a saucepan with water we send salt, sugar, ketchup and vinegar, put on a fire and boil after boiling for 2-3 minutes. Pour tomatoes with hot marinade and sterilize in a pan for 10 minutes. Roll up, turn over and wrap until it cools down. Tomatoes in Chile ketchup are ready for the winter! You can store them in the cellar or closet.
