- Broccoli (fresh or frozen) 600 gr

- Heavy cream 150 ml

- Hard or processed cheese 150-200 gr

Put the whole chicken fillet, chopped onion rings, chopped celery, diced potatoes into the pan. Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences and also add to the pan. Pour in chicken stock.
When it boils, cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. After that, get the chicken fillet and sort it into fibers. Mix the thick cream with flour. Add the liquid from the soup and mix until smooth. Pour into the pan.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add to the pan. Add chicken. Mix. Season with salt and pepper. Boil over low heat for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle chopped dill in a bowl.
