STEP 1.

Mix flour with baking powder and set aside.

STEP 2.

Separate the whites of 2 eggs from the yolk.

STEP 3.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar and water to the yolks, mix well.

STEP 4.

In the resulting mixture, gradually pour the flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly.

STEP 5.

Now beat the whites with a pinch of salt.

STEP 6.

We mix whipped proteins into our dough.

STEP 7.

Pancakes need to be fried for 1-2 minutes on each side.
