Udon noodles with chicken and vegetables in teriyaki sauce


  1. Chicken Breast 400 g
  2. Udon noodles 200 g
  3. Sweet pepper 120 g
  4. Carrot 70 g
  5. Onion 70 g
  6. Garlic 10 g
  7. Ginger 20 g
  8. Hot chili pepper to taste
  9. Chives 15 g
  10. Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  11. Soy sauce 50 g
  12. Teriyaki sauce 120 g
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Ground black pepper 1 tsp
  15. Sesame fried 1 tsp

Step 1.

Finely chop the ginger.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into small strips, add salt and pepper (1/2 tsp) - this will make the taste of chicken meat more saturated.

Step 3

Heat a pan well, pour vegetable oil and fry ginger for 1-2 minutes, over medium heat.

Step 4

Add chicken pieces to the pan and fry until golden brown for 5 minutes, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Chop onions finely.

Step 6

Add to the pan and fry with chicken for 2 minutes. over medium heat.

Step 7

Cut the carrots into small long strips, add to the pan, fry together for another 2 minutes.

Step 8

Heat water in a saucepan, salt and boil udon noodles, as indicated on the package.

Step 9

Sweet pepper cut into longitudinal strips, add to the pan, fry for 1 min.

Step 10

Add finely chopped garlic and red chilli pepper to the pan and mix.

Step 11

Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to the pan, mix.

Step 12

Add salt, pepper, water to the pan, mix and cover, simmer for 1 minute.

Step 13

Drain the water in which the udon noodles were cooked and rinse the noodles under cold water.

Step 14

Add the noodles to the pan, mix thoroughly, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes. over low heat.

Step 15

Turn off the stove. Add coarsely chopped green onions to the pan and mix. The dish is ready.
