Pie-cake with raspberries. Mixed, baked and everything is ready!

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Sugar 160 gr. taste
  3. Vanilla sugar 10 gr.
  4. Butter 120 gr.
  5. Milk (kefir) 60 ml.
  6. Flour 240 gr.
  7. Baking powder 10 gr.
  8. Raspberries 200 gr.

Cooking:


1) Mix soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and milk. Mix flour with baking powder, then combine the liquid and dry ingredients. Mix.

2) Grease a baking dish (24 cm in diameter) with butter. Pour out the dough. Flatten a little and spread pure raspberries “cap” down on top.

3) Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 * C for 40-45 minutes. Cooking time depends on the characteristics of your oven and the thickness of the dough.
