Pomegranate, Banana and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients for making smoothies with pomegranate, banana and yogurt

  1. Pomegranate 1 piece
  2. Banana 1 piece
  3. Yogurt 150 milliliters (natural, no additives)
  4. Chia seeds 1 teaspoon
  5. Honey 1 teaspoon

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse the pomegranate, cut and peel the seeds from skins and whitish partitions.
Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.
Fold the banana and pomegranate seeds in a blender, add yogurt, chia seeds and honey.

Step 2: mix everything in a blender.


Close the blender lid and mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth, smooth consistency. It takes time 1-2 minutes.
If you want to make the smoothie thicker or, conversely, more liquid, add more or less yogurt to it.

Step 3: Serve a smoothie with pomegranate, banana and yogurt.
