- Chicken fillet 2 pieces (small)
- Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- Fresh dill (chopped) 2 teaspoons
- Wheat flour 3 tablespoons
- Salt 1 pinch
- Main ingredients: Chicken, Eggs, Flour, Greens
- Serving 2 servings
Frying pan, spatula, kitchen knife, cutting board, plate, fork.
Step 1: prepare the batter.
In a deep bowl, combine eggs, finely chopped dill, wheat flour, and salt. You can also pepper. Beat everything well with a fork or a whisk until a uniform, thick, rather solid consistency is obtained. A thick batter should be in order for it to cling to the meat and not drain, so this is important.
Step 2: prepare the chicken fillet.
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Blot them with towels, salt, pepper and sprinkle with flour. Then dip the prepared slices of fillet in batter.
Step 3: fry the chicken in a batter with dill.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, and when it becomes hot enough, put pieces of chicken in it in a batter with dill. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, i.e. about 2-3 minutes from each side.
After frying, remove excess oil with a paper towel and serve slices of filet to the table.
Step 4: serve the chicken in a batter with dill.
Chicken fillet fried in dill batter can be served as an independent dish or as a snack. It is usually served hot, but, as practice shows, cold pieces of chicken become an excellent basis for sandwiches.
Enjoy your meal!
- In the same batter, you can fry cod or hake fillets. Give it a try.
